About us
We are a team of consultants with over 10 years of experience in the telecommunications, IT, manufacturing and retail segments. We have worked on long-term projects to introduce new products, IT systems, changes in organization and people development.
Innovations
To implement the innovations, we use our concept of creating, marketing products. It is a “step by step” methodology based on MVP principles and support for people who invent and implement innovation (coaching and mentoring). We will guide you through the process of finding ideas, creating products and launching them on the market. Business analysis
Business analysis will help you to support the desired change in your organization, whether it is a legislative change, creating a new product, changes made by external suppliers, extending an existing product or service.
